MILWAUKEE, WI — July 15, 2024 — Renaissant, the logistics software company building the AI-native execution layer for physical logistics, has successfully closed a $5 million Series A funding round led by TitletownTech, with significant participation from Interlock Partners and Venture53. NFI Ventures and Perot Jain also took part in the round.

The funding will accelerate Renaissant's product development across its gate, dock, and yard workflow platform, expand the engineering and customer-success teams, and support continued growth across the company's existing customer base of national 3PLs, big-box shippers, and industrial manufacturers.

What the funding supports

Renaissant will deploy the Series A capital across three priority areas:

  • Product depth. Continued investment in the platform's pre-arrival driver validation, gate workflow, eBOL, and compliance-automation capabilities. Renaissant's roadmap includes voice-enabled AI for gate operations, advanced computer vision for autonomous truck and load capture, and expanded integrations with industry-leading WMS, TMS, and visibility platforms.
  • Team expansion. Hiring across engineering, customer success, and go-to-market. Renaissant is actively recruiting in Milwaukee and remote roles to meet customer demand.
  • Customer growth. Investment in implementation capacity to accelerate time-to-value for new deployments. Renaissant deployments typically reach production in under two weeks.
