MILWAUKEE — December 22, 2025 — Renaissant, Inc., the global logistics software company building AI-native solutions across the shipping cycle, today launched the industry's first voice-enabled AI solution for gate and yard operations in partnership with TitletownTech at the Microsoft Innovation Factory.

The new "At the Gate" voice-AI capability extends Renaissant's existing gate and yard workflow platform with conversational AI specifically tuned for the operational realities of trucking, dispatch, and warehouse intake. Drivers and guards can now interact with the Renaissant platform using natural language, with the system handling identity verification, load lookup, and dispatch routing in real time.

What the solution does

The voice-enabled "At the Gate" capability addresses three persistent operational challenges in gate and yard environments:

  • Driver throughput. Voice interaction removes the keyboard-and-screen bottleneck at the gate kiosk. Drivers can confirm pickup details and trigger validation by speaking, reducing average check-in time and clearing queues during peak hours.
  • Guard productivity. Guards no longer need to keyboard-search for loads or verify CDLs manually. The AI assists with lookups, exception handling, and structured documentation of every interaction.
  • Multilingual support. Voice AI handles English and Spanish natively, reducing communication friction in the largest trucking corridors in North America.

The capability builds on Renaissant's existing pre-arrival driver validation, gate workflow, and unified load record products, all of which continue to be available standalone or as part of an integrated Access deployment.

The partnership

The launch is the result of a multi-month collaboration with TitletownTech, the Green Bay-based venture and innovation studio backed by the Green Bay Packers and Microsoft. TitletownTech's Microsoft Innovation Factory provided the AI and platform infrastructure to bring the voice capability from concept to production deployment.
